The new school year starts the day after Labor Day! Yes, that is much later than school and co-ops begin around here, but it seems to work well for my families. Handbooks have been ordered. The Parents’ Meetings for parents of local and online students are scheduled for the last week of August.
The school room renovation is nearly finished and I’ve started moving my books and furniture back into the room. I can’t wait to teach in my beautiful new room and I know the students are going to enjoy it!
